The location of this hotel is amazing. It is centrally located and I don’t think we walked more than 10 minutes to anything. The room itself is clean and the beds were comfortable. The room is a bit on the smaller side (compared to American hotels), but it suited our needs. The price was also really reasonable for such a great location. We’d stay here again if we visit the area again. As others mentioned, it can be loud as other guests shut doors or are conversing in the hallway. The hotel staff really can’t control other people though and I have yet to find a quiet hotel in all my travels. Lower your expectations here and you’ll be find it’s basically like all the other hotels when it comes to noise.

Excellent location. Overall ok but there are some things that lets it down. Loud. There are signs in the lift asking guests to be mindful but most people slammed the doors, shouting, laughing, talking at all hours of the night. Our room had no ventilation in the bathroom. There were no sockets either apart from an extension by the TV, used for the TV and fridge. To use the adaptor, I had to unplug the fridge (no problem for me). You could not use your phone or laptop sitting in bed and having it plugged in. There were 2 sockets in the bathroom but I rather not be in the bathroom more than I need to 😉. A kettle, 2 teabags and 2 coffee sachets were provided but no milk, so no use to us. Typical of Spain, the TV choice in English very weak, Sky news and CNN. Breakfast was basic, continental and identical every day. Oh, and they play some depressing music in there 🤷 Apart from these, all good.

Within walking distance to the sites and Alhambra entrance. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, great staff, very helpful. There was an electric kettle in the room, tea bags and sugar, but no coffee!! Dang!! There is a Carrefour Express nearby, one can purchase coffee sachets.

The location of this hotel is amazing. Less than a block from Plaza Nueva, the Cathedral, and the airport bus drop-off. Room was extremely comfortable and wonderfully well air-conditioned. An oasis in the summer heat. Kathy at the front desk was super friendly and helpful with great recommendations for getting the most out of our visit to Granada.

The staff are lovely, location is excellent. However, in the room we were in we could hear absolutely everything - people showering from other rooms, the elevator going up and down, and perhaps we were unlucky, but we kept hearing banging and moving furniture for hours on end up until midnight, then again from 6am (perhaps we were beneath the restaurant). The rooms are small but the bath/shower is nice.

Love this hotel and all the staff everytime we stay in Granada, quite difficult to find first visit but once you know it's no problem. Fabulous at Christmas time

Wonderful location, nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. Generously sized suite. View from balcony was of neighbor building. Breakfast was typical. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room well appointed and provided toiletries smelled marvelous. Would stay here again

The hotel is very pretty and the rooms are nice. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom looks like a four star hotel but the hand soap felt quite cheap. The hotel was refurbished and the windows look brand new, but the building itself is quite old so there is not much soundproofing. Location is excellent with the cathedral and restaurants a few minutes away by foot. Bus stop to the airport and to the railway station is also nearby. The woman at the reception was gentle, helpful and spoke french.
